"Cinema has value" is a segment of interviews with various filmmakers, awarded by Signis at different film festivals, who tell us about their experiences and values exhibited in their renowned films. Produced by the students of the Cine Mundo Joven educational project for dissemination on digital networks and platforms. In this opportunity, the Argentine director Paulo Pecora, awarded by Signis at the 2008 San Sebastian International Film Festival, is interviewed, who tells us about the values expressed in his film The Dog's Dream.
