Workshop for Young Catholic Digital Videographers

 

SIGNIS-Africa organizes a virtual workshop in November and December 2020 to train young Catholics to become Citizen Journalists of Hope (CJH). This project is inspired by the thoughts of Pope Francis when he described the resurrection of Jesus Christ as the "Contagion of Hope.

The three-week workshop will provide participants with knowledge of video journalism, including techniques for capturing, editing and uploading audio. "Visual products to digital platforms. Successful participants will receive SIGNIS-Africa Certificates and will form the Citizens Joursalists of Hope group. They will be assigned specific assignments that will be evaluated by experts. The best male and female producers will be sponsored by SIGNIS-Africa to the SIGNIS World Congress in South Korea in 2022.
