Biography

Rose Pacatte, MEd in Media Studies, D. Min., Is a Pauline sister from the USA. USA Known by SIGNIS for having been involved in OCIC and Unda-USA since 1988 and SIGNIS since its inception. She is a media literacy education specialist and award-winning author and co-author of media literacy education ("Media Mindfulness: Educating Teens About Faith and Media", St. Mary's Press, and "Our Media World: Teaching Kids about Faith and Media "", Pauline Books & Media.) And film critic. Rose's latest book is biographies of actor Martin Sheen, artist Corita Kent (both Liturgical Press) and has contributed to the International Encyclopedia of Media Literacy on the "History of Faith-based Media Literacy "Wiley Blackwell).
